I can't seem to purchase my package online. How do I make payments for class packages?
We are currently working on our online payment system, so payments are currently completed externally through online transfer. To purchase a package, simply make your payment to:

Once payment has been completed, send us a receipt as proof of payment through the website's chat function (it should be at the bottom-right corner of the page). We'll verify the payment and activate your class package, and inform you once it's been activated! From there, you'll be able to book your classes!

I can't seem to make multiple bookings for a single class on the app. What do I do?
We understand that you may be sharing a class package with others, or are booking on behalf of people. To book more than one spot in a session, you must complete bookings through the website, and not the Fit by Wix app. Once you have completed a single booking for a class, you can repeat the booking process to reserve more spots.

It's my first time doing yoga (at Lagom), what do I bring?
Wear whatever feels comfortable to move in, a water bottle, a towel, and a mat.
We have a filtered water dispenser for you to refill your water bottle from, so don't worry if your water bottle is empty! And if you do not have a mat, we provide mats for use in the shala. However, we strongly advise practitioners to bring their own mats.
Towels are not provided at the shala.

What is your cancellation policy?
Classes must be cancelled no later than 3 hours before class begins. This is to ensure we have enough time to inform students on the waiting list of an available space in class. If a class is cancelled less than 3 hours before class begins, or there is a no-show, a class credit will be forfeited.

I am unable to use my class package within the allotted duration, can I extend or suspend my credits?
If you find yourself unable to complete your class package before the expiration date of your package, you can contact us, informing us of the reason for extension or suspension, and we will determine if an extension or suspension is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can complete this process in a timely manner before the expiration of your class package.
